Working Process Step 1

Online Application

Simply fill in your contact details on the form provided and one of our experienced agents will call you back within minutes. Whilst on the phone we shall step through the loan process for you and answer any questions you may have. With your permission, we will also undertake a vehicle check with HPI to determine the maximum loan we can give you.

To determine affordability we require that a credit worthiness assessment of your income and expenditure be conducted to ensure suitability and affordability of the loan. This is very important from a responsible lending and regulatory perspective. Provided you can afford your monthly payments we shall proceed with your application and one of our underwriters will approve your loan.

After you have been approved, we will assign a dedicated field representative local to your area who will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time to meet up and complete the paperwork. In most cases this can be arranged the same day.

Working Process Step 2

Book Appointment

Prior to our agent arriving, please ensure that you gather the V5, MOT certificate, tax disc, insurance papers, photographic ID (passport/ driving license), utility bill and your last 2 months bank statements to show regular income. It is very important that you have these documents to hand otherwise we will not be able to proceed with your loan.

Our agent will then supply you with all of the documents required to complete the loan application. The agent will then step through these documents with you so that you understand how the loan agreement works and what obligations there are on both sides.

Please ensure that you thoroughly read all the terms of the agreement and that you are happy with the contents before signing. Don't worry! The entire process is very fast and usually takes just 20 minutes!

Working Process Step 3

Receive Money

Congratulations... You are now a VIP Motorkitty customer, welcome to our wonderful community of happy borrowers! Our payments team will now step through your payment schedule, any promotions applied to your accounts and desired date of first payment . It is important that you tell us the best date for your repayments to start and this can be at any point in the month in line with your salary payments.

Once all the relevant details have been obtained, we will make an immediate transfer by Faster Payments directly into your nominated bank account.

This payment will usually clear within the 30 minutes, but can take up to a few hours, so please contact us if it goes beyond this time. That’s it... You are free to spend your money however you need to. Thank you for being such a great Motorkitty customer!!
